On June 24, 2019 a regular General Meeting of the members of the Association Interactive Advertising Bureau Bulgaria was held

The annual financial statements were adopted at the general meeting.

Upon the completion of the regular general meeting and with regards to the resignation of Hristo Hristov as Chairman of IAB Bulgaria, the IAB Board of Directors held a vote and elected a new Chairman, Radoslav Nedelchev, Member of the IAB Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer, Dentsu Aegis Network

Since June 24, Radoslav Nedelchev has assumed the role of Chairman of ІАВ Вulgаrіа.

His priorities, as well as those of the entire IAB Board of Directors, in the coming months until the next General Assembly will be the following:

1. Setting up a working group to draft a proposal for amendments to the Statute of the Association Interactive Advertising Bureau Bulgaria.

2. Setting up a working group to develop a value proposition for members and to increase membership dues in order to optimize the benefits for current and future IAB members, and to develop key IAB Bulgaria initiatives

3. Preparation of Draft budget 2020

4. Establishment of standing committees comprising representatives of IAB members, chaired by members of the Board of Directors.

5. Continuation of the efforts of the Board of Directors and dialogue with other branch organizations related to a unified metric and standards.

6. Continuation of the efforts to promote the good reputation of the organization; improving communication with the members and the Board of Directors; work towards recruiting new members.
