Prospecto Group, a member of IAB Bulgaria will be acquired by the German company Offersita

The positive news in IAB Bulgaria don’t stop in 2020.

Prospecto Group, members of the organization will be acquired by the German Offerista, which develops the same activity in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. The two companies are developing online platforms that providing consumers with access to retail chains offers in one place.

With the acquisition of the Bulgarian company, Offerista will reach nearly 40 million users and expand its business to new marketplaces in Europe.

After the acquisition, IAB Bulgaria is proud to have as its member one of the leading digital retail platforms in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Prospecto Group is based in Sofia and has offices in Budapest and Bucharest. The company develops its own online platform for digital brochures – broshura.bg, serving over 100 retail chains in 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
