The Role:
• Identifies new opportunities for IAB growth and development
• Maintains and expands the relationship with existing and potential members and partners
• Plans, organizes and sells events, trainings, fairs, etc.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Develops the membership base of IAB
• Coordinates & organizes events of the organization
• Supports the organization of members /partnership events
• Responsible for ensuring the budget of membership fees
• Responsible for financing the events through sales and promotional campaigns
• Develops partnerships with industry associations – BAR, BACA etc.
• Looks for new opportunities to grow the organization


• At least 3 years extensive experience in business development, events organization and and/or project management
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills and positive attitude
• Experience and deep understanding of advertising and/or social media
• Capable in budgeting and fundraising
• Passion for the digital marketing industry and eager to learn and try new things
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Excellent command of English & Bulgarian
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Result oriented, not taking “no” for an answer
• Responsible and client-focused
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, adaptive environments
• Able to share experience, ideas, good moments
