Description
The Role:• Helps shape internal and external image & awareness of IAB
• Focuses on IAB recognition, image & positioning enhancement
• Implements the communication strategy and guards the brand consistency
Scope of Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating and implementing campaigns to enhance the image & communication strategy of IAB internally and externally
• Responsible for the regular communication with members
• Runs the external communication of the organisation – positioning, content, deployment, news, etc
• Coordinates & supports the Executive director in communication with IAB Europe
• Supports the Executive director in communication with Committees and members
Requirements
• At least 3 years extensive experience in marketing, communication and/or project management• At least 3 years working closely with digital advertising and/or social media
• Experience in managing media and marketing campaigns and initiatives, including copy creation and post-campaign analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills and positive attitude
• Passion for the digital marketing industry and eager to learn and try new things
• Excellent command of English & Bulgarian
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Experience managing campaigns in ad platforms of Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Wordpress, etc.
• Eager to identify stakeholder pain points and creatively look for solutions
• Able to share experience, ideas, good moments
