Generalist. Creative thinker. Curiosity driven. Oded connects the dots between innovation, creative, culture, and businesses, to foster new opportunities and change in service of growth. In the past 7 years, Oded has been leading open innovation at Publicis Groupe, helping internal business units and clients in various industries to seize opportunities with emerging technologies and startup ecosystems. Oded is a founding member of Publicis GPT, the steering committee for Gen AI at Publicis, where he identifies the right partners, and investments, and helps internal teams with the adoption of Gen AI solutions. On the client side, Oded is consulting Publicis Groupe’s clients on the right and safe way to implement Gen AI in the workflows and processes. His work in recent years has received global recognition and won international awards, including Cannes Lions, “World-changing Ideas” by Fast Company, Lia, NY Festivals, Clio, and many more. Oded holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and an MBA from top universities in Israel. He is a lecturer on Storytelling & Branding for startups at the Reichman University in Israel and a mentor to startups in various innovation and acceleration programs. He also holds a Black belt in Karate and is currently learning at the “Happiness Academy Studies”.
