ОписаниеThe Display Executive at dentsu Bulgaria is responsible for the delivery of digital solutions for clients. The role is expected to lead (together with the Display Manager and client account team) the client relationship, to understand the client’s objectives, to define & deliver robust digital solutions and drive the adoption and understanding of the value of the solution throughout the client organisation. This role is primarily focused on one big-size advertiser, comprising of B2C campaigns across Bulgaria.
– Supports Client account team and works collaboratively with colleagues across dentsu international to meet client service needs.
– Connects with key day-to-day client contacts to support delivery of communication and service, and updates plans accordingly.
– Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to the client.
– Select best practice media tactics for archiving client’s KPI and objective. Presents regularly both internally and to client team.
– Detailed planning and monitoring of digital media campaigns. Working in collaboration with dentsu`s digital performace team.
– Takes ownership for updating and distributing weekly reports, ensuring specialist digital team delivery against any client actions.
– Reviews client performance data to influence planning and forecasting, identifying anomalies and working with the manager to resolve potential issues
– Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with agreed contractual terms.
– Acts as ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control.
– Creative problem solving; drawing on the team resources, own expertise and industry resources to find the best solution to client challenges.
– Oversees assistants on ad hoc queries
Изисквания- The Ideal Candidate will have a real desire & commitment to learning new skills in the sphere of digital marketing
- Capable to work under pressure and with short deadlines
- +1 year of agency or client or media experience working in digital media planning and delivery field will be an advantage
- Excellent Power Point and Excel skills is a must
- Fluency in English
- Pro-active and open to new ways of thinking, always looking for opportunities to drive a client’s business forward
- Excellent communication / numerical skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with media planning and tactics
- Highly analytical and great problem-solving skills
- Ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions
- Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking skill
- Good experience with Facebook & Google marketing platforms will be considered as an advantage
