The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client’s business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly. This role is primarily focused on big- to medium-sized advertisers, comprising of B2B and B2C campaigns across Bulgaria.

Key Accountabilities:
-Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
-Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across dentsu to meet client service needs and drive business value for clients and dentsu
-Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
-Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
-Allocates team resources to ensure delivery of data and information required for pitches
-Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients

-Excellent attention to detail
-Pro-active and open to new ways of thinking, always looking for opportunities to drive a client’s business forward
-1,5 year of agency or client or media experience working with media and technologies
-Familiar with media planning elements and tactics
-Highly analytical and great problem-solving skills
-Ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions
-Capable to work under pressure and with short deadlines
-Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
-Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking skill
-Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
